Background AIG is the largest insurance company in the world with Japan representing the Group's second largest market. AIG’s Global Real Estate Group developed a 230,000 sq ft, purpose-built facility in Nagasaki to provide a centralised back office processing, contact centre and training facility. Professionalism in action Sennex was appointed by AIG KK to undertake the design programming and design of the back office and contact centre areas within this high profile project. This required developing a detailed knowledge of back-office and contact centre work groups structures, processing work flows and future workflows and operational needs including; formulating a master planning strategy that reflected the new security requirements imposed by the Japanese Data Protection Laws as well as a strong element of future proofing for new technology processes. Outcome Sennex was able to leverage its considerable proprietary knowledge platform of back-office and contact centre work environments and best practise management processes. In this regard, Sennex received in 2006, the ultimate client testimonial - a recognition award from AIG KK for the Nagasaki project. |
