Background Unigestion is a leading European asset management firm headquartered in Geneva with offices in London, Paris, Munich and New York. In 2007 Unigestion expanded their international coverage by securing office space at the Gateway in Singapore, a highly distinctive twin tower office complex designed by renowned architect, I M Pei. Professionalism in Action Sennex was selected by Unigestion to design and build their new office facility at Gateway - securing this prestigious instruction through the production of a highly innovative, efficient and striking conceptual design which accentuated the positive aspects of the space. The Sennex team worked closely with the key stakeholders and project team members in Switzerland taking full accountability for all facets of the project including, managing in close liaison with Unigestion’s in-house IT team in Geneva, a sophisticated technology and audio-visual installation and commissioning programme. Outcome. Sennex surpassed Unigestion’s expectations, receiving unsolicited recognition of high build quality and impressive customer service. |
