Sennex Completes Penang Global Centre of Excellence for IHS Group
Sennex is proud to announce the completion of IHS’s new 15,000 sqft Centre of Excellence in Penang located at Menara KWSP. The project was completed on a design + build basis. The new centre was officially opened on 17th January by the Chief Minister of Penang. Mr Lim Guan Eng. |

Greener Office Design in Singapore |
Sennex believes that office space, office design and of course, office designers all need to become more environmentally focused. In this regard Sennex's office designers have recently attended the BCA's Green Mark Seminar as a means of gaining an insight into the Green Mark for Office Interiors scheme. Office layouts and office design attaining the BCA's Green Mark are likely to be largely open plan in nature.

Sennex Appointed to Design & Build New Bank HQ
Sennex has been appointed to design & build ABN Amro Bank's new HQ facility at the brand new Ocean Financial Centre (OFC). The new 21,000 sqft facility is located at Level 7 OFC in the prime Raffles Place area of the CBD. OFC is a Green Mark Platinum Building has attracted pre-committment from a number of prestigous tenants.Building TOP is expected in March 2011 with handover of the interior fiiting out works scheduled for late May 2011.
