The processes employed by Sennex ensured that each phase was carried out quickly and efficiently. They were able to complete the entire project with no complaints from the landlord or neighboring tenants. The project went very smoothly, and the procurement cycle was well managed allowing the timely completion of the new fit out despite the tight timeline we had.

The team was very professional as well, works started early December and they worked through Christmas and New Year’s Day in order to meet our deadlilne of handover in the first week of January.

What really impressed us was that the budget locked in from the start and, and this was very ably maintained through the project.

I wanted to write to thank the entire SNX team for your hardwork, professionalism and creativity in designing and constructing our new headquarters at the Nucleos. The new offices, food technology and culinology centres have set a new standard for Ingredion in the Region and the facility has received highly favourable reviews from our local staff, company visitors and our Clients!

SNX did a fantastic job in defining and co-ordinating the many user group needs particularly in respect to the laboratory and culinology spaces which I know had many technical complexities. It was with great pleasure that I employed Sennex Consultants to design/fit out my company’s new office this March/April 2015. Many of the design team are still in place from the first time we used their services for our office some six years ago. Their commitment to excellence at that time is still evident today.

Even though the deadline was very tight, Sennex rose to the challenge. One of the company’s strengths is that they listen carefully to client briefs: Our first office was very different to this one, and this is because we wanted a very different look. Whereas the previous one had been more corporate (as befitted the space), this one has an industrial aesthetic with exposed ceilings, factory-type metalware, and some quite funky flooring and finishes. This was very much our requirement – and it was fulfilled entirely to our satisfaction.

I have no hesitation in recommending Sennex to anybody who wants a creative space designed and sorted with a minimum of fuss.

We were impressed on how well you understood and came up with a Design which perfectly incorporated our company style and culture. It has been about a year since we have moved in our new offices at the Concourse Building and I wanted to write to commend all of you on the great job that has been done. Our management and staff really enjoy how the new offices were designed to improve communication and collaboration. Our visitors are quietly impressed with the understated elegant simplicity of the main reception and meeting room complex.

As you would have known, we had previously occupied 2 disparate levels in this same building, and this was a chance to consolidate our operations in one single office across two levels. What particularly impressed us was your ability to see beyond a simple office consolidation, to make recommendations towards improving our efficiency and productivity through workplace strategy. The Kaizan leadership programme, coupled with the series of stakeholder engagement workshops you held for us really helped us engage with our staff (in what is a traditionally traumatic change) and also to realize what functionalities we needed in our office, and laid a firm foundation for future planning and design work.

Your professionalism, as well as attention to detail has been pivotal to Sennex being our design and bulid company of choice. You and your team were able to pick up on the exact requirements we had, and make recommendations based on what we needed rather than giving us a standard prescription out of a textbook.

The build period of 8 weeks was very impressive, and your expertise throughout that process ensured that the project was completed on time, on budget with few hiccups in between. All of you were very attentive throughout the full 5 month project lifecycle, and it was reassuring that you were always easily reachable during that period. This made the painful, arduous process we were expecting very manageable, enjoyable even, for most of us.
